Queen Fred Mariki is a Metallurgy and Mineral Processing Engineer with experience in mineral processing operations, laboratory engineering, plant optimization, and metallurgical analysis within the mining sector.
She has worked on mineral processing activities involving CIP/CIL systems, leaching, adsorption, elution, electrowinning, gravity concentration, and smelting processes.
Her experience also includes metallurgical testing, process optimization, laboratory operations, technical reporting, and plant performance monitoring.
Prior to her current role, Queen worked with AWA Group of Companies, Chris Gold Mine, and Minjingu Mines and Fertilizers Limited, where she gained practical experience in laboratory engineering, process troubleshooting, quality
control, and production optimization.
She also completed engineering training at the Geological Survey of Tanzania (GST) and F&R Elution Plant, strengthening her expertise in mineral analysis and mineral processing plant operations.
Queen holds a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgy and Mineral Processing Engineering from the University of Dodoma.
