Eng. Lushona is a qualified Civil Engineer holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam. He is registered with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) of Tanzania as a Graduate Civil Engineer (Registration No. GE1114129).
He has acquired valuable experience working with various civil engineering firms across Tanzania. His areas of expertise include geotechnical investigation, risk assessment of foundations, development of design parameters, design of structures and machine foundations, design of Tailing Storage Facility (TSF) and dams, site supervision of TSF and dam construction by ensuring that construction works meet both safety and design requirements.
In addition to his on-site and design experience, Eng. Lushona is proficient in several essential civil engineering software tools. These include AutoCAD Civil 3D for civil drafting and surface modelling, Plaxis for geotechnical analysis, STAAD Foundation Advanced for structural foundation design, Slide2 and GEO5 for slope stability and geotechnical calculations, Strater for subsurface data visualization.
