His skills encompass process flowsheets evaluation and modification for enhanced plant performance, plant processes design, plant installation management, plants commissioning management, plants upgrade and maintenance management, plant waste disposal management, and quality control of plant operation, installation, and maintenance.
Israel also has a strong background in project management.
His professional history includes working with Williamson Diamonds Ltd (Petra Diamonds), where he held several key roles such as Plant Shift Overseer, Plant Refurbishment Planner, Plant Process Engineer, Plant Metallurgist, Plant Superintendent and Plant Manager.
Israel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mineral Processing Engineering and a Master's degree in Engineering Management (Projects), both from the University of Dar es Salaam.
Furthermore, Israel is a registered Professional Engineer with the Engineers' Registration Board (ERB) of Tanzania.
