Mine Closure Plan Implementation

Prepared and submitted the implementation report for the approved Mine Closure Plan (MCP) and developed a comprehensive hydrogeological report. Managed the Mining Licence extension process, including preparation of a detailed geological report, feasibility study, environmental impact assessment (EIA), and local content plan in compliance with Tanzanian mining regulations.
